How does it work?

    1. Add items to your shopping cart and select PayBright as your payment method at checkout on orders over $300 (before taxes), and proceed to checkout.
    2. Use your mobile phone number to set up your PayBright plan, it only takes up to 60 seconds.
    3. Confirm PayBright payment plan, and PureFilters will process and ship your order.
    4. PayBright will automatically charge your credit or debit card in the instalment amounts that you pre-qualified for at checkout.

How do I sign up?

If your cart is $300 or over, you're eligible for PayBright. The option to sign up for PayBright will be presented at checkout.

PayBright Payment Option

If you select PayBright at checkout, you'll be sent to PayBright to complete your purchase. You'll be asked to provide your cell number, and an SMS message will be sent to confirm your identity.

PayBright Identity Confirmation

Follow the simple instructions to set up your payment method with PayBright, and accept the terms of your payment plan. That's all! 

 

Does PayBright do a credit check?

No. Using PayBright will not impact your credit score or show up as a hard inquiry on your credit report.

 

How do I make my payments?

At checkout, you will set up your monthly payment option, and automatic pre-authorized payments that debited/charged your Canadian Visa/Mastercard debit/credit card. 

 

Which payment methods are accepted?

PayBright currently accepts pre-authorized debits from your Canadian bank account, or a Visa/Mastercard credit/debit card. Debit cards must have the Visa or Mastercard logo. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

 

How can I track my payments and access my PayBright account?

Your login details to access your PayBright account are in the confirmation email sent to you when you first completed your transaction. If you can’t find the details, not to worry, simply contact the PayBright team for assistance.

Is there a fee that I need to be aware of?

You will have the option to pay over 3, 6 or 12 months. The 3 month payment plan has 0% interest rate (no fees), and the 6 and 12 month payment plans have an interest rate between 9.99%-21.99% based on your credit score. You select the payment option that works best for you. 

  

Can I prepay my outstanding PayBright balance?

Sure, at any time! There are no penalties or fees for early repayments. To pay off your current balance, please send PayBright a message here.

 

How do returns work if I paid using PayBright?

Purchases made using PayBright are subject to PureFilter’s  return policy. Returns will be processed by PureFilters', and your PayBright balance will be reduced, cancelled, or refunded accordingly. In the event PureFilter’s provides a refund via a gift card, you must still continue to repaying your PayBright instalment plan in full. 

 

What if the order is canceled? Will I still be charged?

No, you will not be charged. If you’ve already made a payment to PayBright and are owed a refund, please give it 5-10  business days to appear on your bank account or credit card statement. If you have any questions about the refund process, please reach out to the PayBright team through this contact form.

 

What if I need additional help with my payment plan?

For help with your payment plan or if you haven’t received your confirmation email, please contact PayBright’s website.

 

What if I get declined from using PayBright?
