- Inactivates bacteria, coliform bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms using a germicidal wavelength of 254 nm and a UV dose of 40 mJ/cm².
- Instantly disinfects water as it flows through the system, making it safe to drink.
- Installed on the main water line after the pressure tank and other treatment equipment, before hot and cold water distribution.
- Features an audible alarm and visual LED indicator to alert users when the UV lamp reaches the end of its service life.
- Includes a 7-day lamp replacement override feature for continued operation during maintenance.
- UV lamp lifespan rated for approximately 9,000 hours (about 1 year of use).
- Complete package includes UV lamp, quartz dome, electronic ballast, power cord, and mounting hardware.
- Designed for easy do-it-yourself installation, typically completed in 60–75 minutes.
- Tested and certified by CSA International to CSA B483.1 standards.
- Rated flow capacity of 8 US GPM (30 LPM).
