5 Inch Furnace Filters
5-inch furnace filters for media cabinets, mostly Lennox Healthy Climate, BMAC and PureAir, Carrier and Bryant EZ Flex and Infinity, GeneralAire and Electro Air. The most common sizes are 16x25x5 and 20x25x5, from MERV 8 to MERV 16. Find yours by the part number on your current filter or cabinet label.

Match the brand and part number
A 5-inch filter is made for a specific media cabinet, and filters with the same nominal size are not always interchangeable between brands. Look for the part number on the old filter frame or the cabinet label, such as Lennox X6670, Carrier EXPXXFIL0016 or GeneralAire 4541. Size alone can mislead: Honeywell TRN1727T1, for example, is 17.5x27x5. Our filter size guide explains nominal vs actual size.

How often to change a 5-inch filter
