Refrigerator water filters
The filter number is printed on your old cartridge and in the fridge manual. Common GE numbers here are MWF, RPWF, MSWF, GSWF, MXRC, GWF and XWFE. Many are available both as a GE Smartwater listing and as a Swift Green compatible replacement, made by Swift Green and sold here by its exclusive Canadian distributor. We also carry a GE refrigerator water filter adapter for MWF filters. Replace a fridge filter about every 6 months, or sooner if flow slows or the filter light comes on.
Under sink cartridges and filtration systems
Under sink cartridges are matched to their system, so check the model on your housing first. For example, the GXULQR system is listed with its FQK1R filter number. The GXWH20T, GXWH40L and GXWH70M are complete filtration systems: follow GE's installation instructions, and use a licensed plumber if you are not comfortable working on your water line.
Dryer, microwave and dishwasher parts
Match the GE part number on the old part, such as WW02L00754, WW02F00534 or WG04F00431 for dryer lint filters, or WG02F08019 for the microwave charcoal filter kit (10-1/4 x 2-3/8 x 3/8 inches). Clean the dryer lint filter after every load.
