Ortech Heat Pumps
Ortech SOLO all-in-one heat pumps put the whole system in one wall-mounted indoor unit. There is no outdoor condenser and no refrigerant line set; the unit vents through two small ducts in the exterior wall. The SOLO 12 delivers 12,000 BTU of cooling and 11,000 BTU of heating with an inverter compressor, down to 5°F, for condos, additions, rental suites, offices and hotel rooms where an outdoor unit is not an option.
