Check your system first
These are low-voltage thermostats for furnaces, air conditioners and similar central systems. They are not for line-voltage electric baseboard heaters. Before ordering, note which terminals are used on your current thermostat and whether you have a C (common) wire, since many Wi-Fi models need one for steady power. Check the product details for heat pump and multi-stage support.
Choosing a model
The Honeywell Home range covers the T6 Pro, FocusPRO S200, VisionPRO 8000, Wi-Fi 9000 and the T10 Pro kit with RedLINK. The Emerson White-Rodgers Sensi and Sensi Touch models round out the page. Check each listing for its features.
Installation
Turn off power to the system at the furnace before removing the old thermostat, and follow the manufacturer's wiring instructions. If your wiring does not match or you are unsure, have a licensed HVAC technician install it.
