Choose the right size
Measure the inside of the pool wall: the diameter for a round pool, or the length and width for an oval or rectangle, and buy the matching size. Solar covers can usually be trimmed with scissors for a closer fit.
Using a solar cover
Lay the cover bubble side down on the water. It helps hold in heat and reduce evaporation when the pool is not in use. Remove it completely before anyone swims. A solar cover is not a safety cover, so never let children or pets on or under it. When it is off the pool, store it out of direct sun.
Liner guards
A liner guard goes on the ground under an above-ground pool liner to help protect it from stones and roots. Yard Guard liner guards come in 12', 21' and 24' round.
