The Dundas Jafine ProShield Exhaust Hood provides a durable exterior termination for 4-inch exhaust ducting. Its spring-loaded damper system helps prevent flapping and unwanted noise during windy or inclement weather while allowing efficient exhaust airflow.
The hood features a snap-on aluminum pipe-to-cap assembly that eliminates the need for staples that can trap lint. An integrated shield helps prevent pests from entering the vent and can be removed for easier cleaning. The white polypropylene exterior contains a UV inhibitor for protection against sun exposure, while the molded caulk edge helps provide a clean finished installation.
