The Ortech SOLO 12 is a complete heat pump in a single wall-mounted indoor unit. There is no outdoor condenser and no refrigerant line set: the unit breathes through two small ducts in the exterior wall. It heats, cools and dehumidifies a room of roughly 400 to 550 sq. ft., which makes it a fit for condos, additions, rental suites, offices and hotel rooms where an outdoor unit is not allowed or not practical.

Note: Installation requires two openings through the exterior wall and a dedicated 208-230 V circuit. Please check the Ortech installation manual for wall opening dimensions and clearances before ordering.
