Aldes guide: filters, controls and parts ▾
Finding your Aldes filter
Aldes filters are sold by part number, such as 612409 (MERV 6), 612410 (MERV 13) or 683961 (MERV 8), and most come in 2-packs. InspirAIR ELITE units take filter kits: 699771 (MERV 6), 699772 (MERV 8) or 699881 (MERV 13). Check the part number on your current filter or in your unit's manual, since one unit may offer more than one grade.
Controls and timers
Aldes wall controls include the 611228 20/40/60-minute timer, 611229 speed control, 611230 mode control, 611227 electronic humidistat with LCD and the 611242-FC digital multifunction control with a free cooling setting. Confirm in your manual that the control works with your unit before ordering.
Replacement parts
Parts such as the 606000 motor for the H150-TRG, the 606025 motorized impeller and the 699039-SAV control board are made for specific units, and spring-loaded backdraft dampers are sized by duct diameter. Turn off power before servicing, and have a licensed HVAC technician replace motors and control boards.
